Yes, it's Thanksgiving and we have so much to be thankful for this year. We have been so blessed.

For those of you who we haven't been able to talk with over the past month or two, I'll give a short recap. I had some health problems...flu, then pneumonia, then one morning, I collapsed (passed out). Well, to make a long story short, I had multiple blood clots in my lungs. It was pretty scary for a little while, to say the least.

Through it all, though, we witnessed God's hand, His comfort, and His protection.

It's one of those times that make you realize that in the end, none of the material "things" in life really matter. It's pretty eye-opening...and you live your life a little differently when you've been through something like this.
